The next Pixel 2 will come made by two companies, LG and HTC. HTC will be releasing the Pixel 2 and LG will be releasing the Pixel 2XL.
According to Android Athority, the bigger 2 XL will feature a curved display, either 64 or 128GB or storage, a USB-C port, an E-SIM slot, a second-generation Google-branded fingerprint sensor, and a 3,520 mAh battery. Expected cost for the 64GB version is $649, and $749 for 128GB. There will likely be three color variations, "just black", "clearly white", and "kinda blue".
The smaller Pixel 2 by HTC is rumored to come with the "squeeze functionality", where you would be able to open an app by squeezing the sides of the phone. The larger 2 XL might come with the same functionality, even though it is made by a different company.
